After the instance has completed, the report will be available for download in the 'Reports' section. Additionally, you can check the status of the instance under the 'Overview' tab.

Some clients have very specific services, and sometimes a scan needs to be modified to suit the testing. If you believe that your service is not being picked up by the scanner and requires assurance, reach out now. We are happy help.

Account

The first IP address is the one that will be automatically scanned. If you need to scan all IP addresses you can add these in your assets using the IP notation.

Indeed you can. By scanning IP addresses and no websites or domain names will result in TEQNIX running only scans from the Instance that are relevant to network and service testing. For example, tests related to business domain will not be scanned. While a reverse DNS is performed during the scan, this cannot be used to derive a business name and perform information gathering test cases as it often can translate to a hostname for a cloud-based system.

You are free to cancel your membership anytime. We would like to collect your feedback and understand what went wrong as we are working to improve our service.

In the Account section you can add users. These users will have the same access as yours and share your account inclusions.
